Quick Clean Guide

โš  Safety First

  • Firearm unloaded and cleared
  • Allow suppressor to cool completely
  • Remove suppressor from host firearm
  • Wear eye protection and nitrile gloves
  • Wash hands after handling (lead exposure risk)

  • Every 300โ€“500 rounds (standard velocity)
  • Every 200โ€“300 rounds (bulk / dirty ammo)
  • Immediately if performance declines

๐Ÿงฐ Basic Supplies

  • Nylon or brass brush
  • Rimfire suppressor solvent
  • Soft cloths or shop towels & Cotton swabs
  • Plastic or wooden scraper
  • Nylon or brass brushes (avoid steel brushes on aluminum)
  • Aluminum-safe cleaners (Forsaken Industries Carbon Cleaner,ย  mild soap+warm water or dedicated gun cleaners)
  • Optional
    • Plastic soaking tub
    • Light oil or anti-seize (threads only)

  • Use steel tools or abrasives
  • Grind, polish, or modify components
  • Use corrosive or acidic chemicals
  • NEVER USE โ€“ CLR, VINEGAR, AMMONIA, OR FLAMMABLE SOLVENTS
  • Store the suppressor while dirty

  1. Disassemble only as intended
  2. Soak components to loosen fouling
  3. Brush and wipe carbon & lead buildup
  4. Gently scrape stubborn deposits (non-metal tools)
  5. Dry completely
  6. Lightly oil threads only
  7. Reassemble by hand
